When your project depends on accurate data for compliance, planning, legal proceedings or risk management, the quality of your laboratory partner matters.
Ireland’s regulated sectors are under growing scrutiny. Environmental, health and safety requirements continue to evolve and poor-quality analytical data can lead to enforcement action, project delays, planning issues and, in some cases, prosecution.
The challenge is not simply running a test. It is knowing that your data will stand up to regulatory review, planning submissions, waste classification decisions and legal scrutiny. That takes accredited laboratories, robust quality systems and interpretation from people who understand what is at stake.

Most projects face three common pressures.
REGULATORY COMPLIANCE RISK
Failure to identify and manage hazardous materials, including asbestos and contaminated soil, can leave organisations exposed to enforcement action and financial penalties.
DATA INTEGRITY AND EVIDENTIAL QUALITY
Planning applications, environmental permits and legal proceedings rely on robust analytical data and a clear chain of custody. Anything less can weaken your position.
DELAYS IN DECISION-MAKING
Slow turnaround times, unclear reporting or a lack of specialist capability can delay decisions and increase programme costs.
